At Ma Dang Gook Soo to show another side to Korean cuisine, the vegan side. There is definitely way more vegan dishes than what I highlight here, but I think this one is unique and probably one most people haven’t heard of, soy bean broth with artemisia noodles, sook kong gook soo.
